This has been my first visit to Africa and it is a place I have dreamed of coming to since I was a kid. Myself and Steve had booked with Karoo Wild Safaris about 18 months previous and finally the day arrived when we were standing in Port Elizabeth shaking hands with Victor. Victor, Lindsay and the camp staff were perfect hosts and made our visit most enjoyable. The accommodation and meals were first class. The hunting was everything I had dreamed off and more. Besides his own property, Victor has access to an excellent selection of concessions and will strive to get you the trophy of a lifetime. I walked away with a very satisfying number of trophies and memories for a lifetime. Thank you Victor and Lindsay and all the staff at Karoo Wild Safaris.
For the first time African hunt and adventure this was perfect. The location, accommodation, meals and hospitality was superb. Dealing with the one person who is the owner, booking agent and professional hunter is very reassuring and made the entire process flawless. The animals seen are varied and the hunts challenging. Don’t put it off until you are older…do it now…and bring your best rifle!! The exclusiveness is fantastic and Karoo Wild are a great team.
