Pat and Tina hunted with Craig as their PH on their first African hunt. Their hunt was a roaoring success with Pat getting a great kudu bull early in the hunting safari and Tina sneaking up and shooting a nyala bull hiding out in the river thicket.
They hunted impala, springbok, blesbok and bushbuck in the area around Karoo Wild Lodge and then transferred north to the Graaff Reinet area where they hunted gemsbok, red hartebeest, zebra and blue wildebeest out of our satellite lodge on the reserve there.
Their hunt overlapped with my hunt with Todd and Bill and there was great camraderie throughout the 10 days we shared a camp.
Well done Pat and Tina, loved your terrific sense of humour and appreciation of Africa and would love to welcome you back to the Karoo in the near future.
