Clients only pay for animals taken (or wounded). Should you book a package and don’t hunt all the animals in your package, a credit of 85% of the list price of the animal will be given.
Deposits are fully refundable provided cancellations are made within 180 days of the commencement of the safari. Any bank charges or exchange rate fluctuations incurred by Karoo Wild Safaris will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Should the safaris be cancelled within the 180-day period, the safari can be rescheduled to within 365 days of the original date of commencement, provided the date is agreeable to both parties.
