Your African hunting safari begins at daybreak with a steaming mug of coffee. After a hearty breakfast, the hunting group set off in search of prey. Our terrain and hunting ethos favor the walk and stalk and spot and stalk method of hunting. Shot distance varies between 80-240 yards. The stalk is the hunt for us and we’ll always try to get in as close as possible. Modern shooting sticks are used to good effect. We offer fair chase hunting, our property and areas are large pieces of Africa and you’re unlikely to see another hunter during the day. Expect to see a large variety of plains game species during your African hunt, occasionally we come across dangerous game; buffalo, elephant and rhino.
We are committed to making your Africa hunting trip an unforgettable one. Your hunting experience is as important to us as the trophies you take home. We hunt at your pace; it’s your African hunt and we encourage our hunters to savor every moment of it. We cater to the needs of all our clients, from the young boy on his first hunting safari, to the most experienced Africa hunter. Families are welcome to join the hunting trip.
Lunch is enjoyed at the lodge or a spread is laid out in the bush – picnic style. After the afternoon hunt, we head back to the lodge where the skinners begin their work. It’s time to share our stories with a drink beside the campfire. Dinner is a grand affair and you’ll have an opportunity to sample some of Lindsay’s famous venison dishes.
