Overview

A Cape Buffalo hunting package for the most hunted member of the big five, the Cape Buffalo – dangerous game hunting at its absolute best. Cape buffalo are notoriously unpredictable which adds to the thrill of the hunt.

Day tours to visit non-hunting attractions are available for hunters and observers out of Karoo Wild Lodge. Multi day add-on tours are available.

A buffalo hunting package in South Africa. Cape buffalo hunting is often done by tracking spoor. Spot and stalk is possible if the terrain allows for it. A minimum caliber of .375 is legally required when hunting dangerous game in Africa.

Animal species in the hunting package can be swopped upon consultation with us. Additional species can also be hunted. Any species in the package not successfully hunted will be refunded at 85% of the custom price for the species.

  • Additional trophies, cull animals and days can be added. Any trophies not successfully hunted, although unlikely, will be refunded at 85% of the list price. The package is flexible and species can be changed in consultation, prior or during your hunting safari.
